INDIA
Ancient history of India enchants everyone who visits the country.  It started from Indus valley civilization more than 5000 years ago. It followed with Aryan invasion in 1500 BC which laid the foundation of present day India. Around 500BC, country was pretty much divided into smaller kingdoms. The name India was coined during this era from river Indus by Greeks. People living on the other side of Indus were known as Hindus (Again derived from Indus).
From Alexander (450 BC) till British East India Company (1947 AD), India saw rise and fall of many great kingdoms. However, it also shaped the varied culture and diversity in the Indian subcontinent which we see today.
In the presentation I am going to share my experience in India through the eyes of my lens.
I will cover the following cities/topics:
Varanasi (My hometown and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world)
Sarnath (where Buddha gave his first sermon)

Hampi (capital city of the great Vijayenagar Empire)

Kerala (gods own country)

Pondicherry (French Riviera of the east)
